Issue with Duplicate Sec. Boxes

I can tell that this will be an easy fix, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I've gone over it quite a few times and this is now a last resort. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My duplicate sections boxes aren't lining up right. I've gone through the style.css and inserted the css code correctly (I think) but it still shows up wrong. (I'll paste pics because I'm still developing the site ad it's in "Maintenance mode"

I'll paste my homepage style.css section in the post below.
