Disable theme Options - Use theme on a normal blog

Hi Everyone,
Is there a way to use Tubular Theme in a "normal" blog ? I have one blog that I want to use Tubular, but I´d like to show all the recent posts I write in sequence.
According to Tubular Theme Options I have to choose just one category to show on the homepage, is there a way to disable it? I usually write two or three posts from different categories each day.
So, my question is: is there a way to use Tubular as a normal blog template and disable theme options ?
