Are Revolution Themes Free? Rumour Has it......

Ok, I joined the Revolution membership site about a week or so ago and absolutely loving the themes. I read on another forum today that the Revolution themes are now free - am I missing something? There is nowhere on the site that I can see where you can download the themes free, so I'm just checking to find out the facts - so I can set them straight if they are wrong :D
