Visitors can't subscribe to blog on Macs or iPads = Help!

I'm having issues with my site. It's the Fabric theme, but I doubt it's related to the child theme.

People on PCs can subscribe using the subscribe feature, but I have friends and users on Apple products who can't click on the fill in box and subscribe. It won't let them even type anything in or click Go.

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Its really frustrating because I can't get as many people as want to follow the site to do so.
