Recommendation Needed: Ultimate Drop-In Genesis News Site Design

I need designers' recommendation for the ultimate Genesis-based design for a professional news design of the HuffPo or Yahoo News calibre. My main site uses a heavily-customized version of the News theme. My requirements: bullet-proof, drop-in requiring near zero user tweaking by the user. The other requirement is affordability: $200, or less.

Any suggestions?
