So can you move the Video Feature over? (Newbie)

Hello all,
I'm REALLY new to all this and I have been able to conquer most tasks by searching this forum, (and lot's of blind trial and error) but I've got 2 things stumping me...

1. I'd like to move the video feature over to the column on the right with the widgets and then expand the posts section to fill in where the video section was...hope that makes sense.

2. How the heck do you change the title bar/frame colors - couldn't find it through trail & error.

This is probably really basic stuff, but I couldn't find it in a search.
