I am working on building a child theme from the sample child theme. On the front page I have moved the subnav to below a jquery slider, and I thought I had the CSS separated from the subnav CSS on the rest of the site. If I try to add a margin of 10 pixels below the subnav on the front page nothing happens, yet, if I change the CSS on the main subnav it will effect both. I guess I got myself a little confused.
Here's the site: http://steves-sandbox.com/oldpaper - excuse the mess, it's still being developed! Any clues to my mistake would be gratefully received. Just to reiterate, I want to add some space between the front page subnav and the featured posts below! Thanks for any insight! Steve Last edited by steveshead; 01-02-2012 at 12:26 AM.
