Sub-Nav & Content-Gallery not staying inplace

My sub-nav bar and Content-Gallery will not move with IE-7. When you open the web page and grab IE-7 to make it wider or larger, the subnav and content gallery stay on one place on the screen. Works ok in Fire Fox.

If i remove = position: relative; from the command then it is ok, but then the dropdown menu's hide behind the content-gallery.
Also the content-galler needs a setting to solve this also. Maybe a script in the content-galler files need changed.

I may be setting the "z-index: 20;" in the wrong section, I know pretty much how to get things to work but i just dont know my way around, (what settings go to what section) something like that!
