Facebook Open Graph - Object Types

I am adding Opengraph tags to my main site. Our business is Vacation Rentals which doesn't have a direct listing type as shown by facebook on this page: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/#types.

The closest is hotel but we are not really a hotel either.

Does anyone know how Facebook or other sites use these tags & in this instance would you use Hotel or Business?
