How and where to change color for Post TITLE and Sidebar / Footer headers?

Want to change the color text and font for my Magazine theme that appears for the actual POST TITLE and Sidebar headings / Footer headings but not finding where I can do that.

I notice all the "H tags" use the same color as well....black. Rather boring especially for a post title and other headings though since its the same color as the text.

So not sure what code to place in there to use and where to find it in my stylesheet exactly. What I've tried so far were a miss.

Also is there any way to also add a background color to appear underneath the text for the headers ONLY in the sidebar and footer area too?'
