Which are the best plugins for auto posting & internal linking?

Default Which are the best plugins for auto posting & internal linking?
I'm looking for a plugin that provides for the following:

1. Automatic Posting of Articles to my blog - Using already pre-made articles created that I can set up and automatically post over a period of a year or longer. Also to ensure that it will automatically add links/backlinks.

2. Internal Linking: A plugin to internal link these posts to each other throughout the site.

Can anyone provide some ideas on the best plugins to use for this?
