Default How do I disable the page above a drop down menu?

Hi - How can I make it so that you can't click on a specific navigation bar item - you can only click on the pages listed in the drop down menu under it?

For example I have on the navigation bar:

Press
* Television
* Print
* Radio

I don't want the user to be able to click on "Press" and go to a page that says "Press" at the top. I just want the user to be able to click on the menu items underneath. How can I make it so that "Press" is nothing more than the menu heading?
Thanks!
Alison
