possible to have 2 or 3 different kind of property listing?

Default possible to have 2 or 3 different kind of property listing?
Hello everybody!
The client I'm preparing the real estate website for, asked me a feature which I hope is feasible with this theme.

He needs to manage two kinds of "products": houses for sale and houses for rent.

Each of these needs to have different fields under property listing..so sales will have some and rents different ones.

Is it possible to do this?
