Price Increase on All-Theme Package ???

I just received an email about the price increase on the all theme package. Although I understand the reasoning behind it I'm a little confused. When I bought my existing package I bought it under the premise of the existing statement of "That's every theme we make, now and in the future."

Was that not the case when I purchased my initial membership? Was the email I received not applicable to me?

I'm confused.
