WP/Genesis on a Windows IIS 6 Server

Hello - I need some help setting up WP on a Win IIS 6 Server.

Specs:
Windows IIS 6
PHP 5.2.6 running as isapi extension
MySQL 4.1.18
isapi_rewrite is installed

Can I install WP on this server?
Can I install Genesis on top of that?
Which version of WP do I need? I think 3.3 needs MySQL 5+.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
