Looking for plugins

Can anyone recommend plugins that would facilitate the following:

1. Allow readers to "rate" a comment. For example, a reader posts a recipe, others try it out and then give it 1-5 stars based on their opinion of the recipe.

2. Allow readers to insert pictures into their comments. For example, a reader posts a recipe with a picture of the dish.

I installed WP Post Ratings, but that seems to only allow readers to rate MY post. Not what I want. I'm looking for interactivity between commenters/readers. I.E., Billy posts his guacamole recipe (with a picture of his culinary delight). Susie tries it out and loves it, writes a post about WHY she loves it, and gives it 5 stars. The 5 star rating is applied to Billy's posted recipe. But Lulu comes along, tries the recipe and HATES it: gives it 1 star, and writes a post describing the numerous lawsuits she was confronted with after serving it to her guests. Lulu's 1 star and Susie's 5 star rating combine to give Billy's guacamole an overall rating of 3 stars.

Anybody have suggestions? Or am I expecting too much of the functionality of Wordpress? Your help is appreciated.
