What is the best "membership" plugin to track membership dues for a primarily offline "hobby club"?

Desired features:

-unobtrusive inline login for a "members" page of an otherwise entirely public site using StudioPress Genesis Framework.
-automated password reminder/reset functionality.
-allows logged-in members to check their membership expiration date.
-allows logged-in members to pay their annual dues with PayPal.
-allows logged-in members to check box for non-inclusion in membership directory.
-allows logged-in members to respond to custom fields (like expiration date of any CPR or First Aid certification)..
-allows logged-in members access to a membership directory.
-allows lower-level admin access to complete membership directory (like tiered users).
-allows automated email reminders to members before and after membership expiration.
-allows admin to load an existing 500 person database.
-allows admin to sort members by their custom field responses (eg. CPR cert expiration).
