Changing Streamline Header

We want to change the header just a bit on our website. Something more along the lines of this website: http://www.hotelchimayo.com/

I want to put our logo at the top on the left and the reservations on the top right. Then I want the topnavbar right on top of the photo gallery and the mai nav bar right on the bottom of the photo gallery.

I've been trying to change the CSS but think the problem is I need another header at the top.

If that is correct, how can I best go about this? I know html and can work my way through php sometimes that is already written.
