Upgrade to 2.6.3 - sidebars missing

I had to upgrade to 2.6.3 from 2.6.1 today (no message of the new versions was displayed before this) as my webhost shut my site down because it was taking too much cpu.

But after upgrading, two of the sidebars (2 and 3) are missing, as well as the Revolutionchurch video area.
Can someone help me? Is something missing?
