Lightbulb Achievements fueling the Learning Curve

To fellow new web developers:

When the going gets tough, I want you to focus on breaking through your skill-barrier.

With each success you move forward, and as you move forward, you gain the following:

1.) web developing skills
2.) confidence
3.) satisfaction
4.) momentum
5.) a fuller built site

Don't lose focus of current step by gazing at the finishing line (completed site and skills); instead, stay in focus, keep your eyes on the current prize, and one day soon, you and I both will at the finishing line encouraging those behind us.

To developers of SP:

Thank you so much. This forum has great monetary value in of itself because of your contributions.

The achievement that inspired me to write this:
I designed and coded a social media thing using CSS/CS5/Sprite.png (admittedly, I have been a graphic artist for a number of years) and successfully created a custom widget area in the footer (functions.php/genesis simple hooks), to which I dropped the social media custom menu. (minimum theme)
