thumb, thumbnail and Thumbnail ... changing custom field nam

I was able to update to Streamline 2.1 just fine and of course I could manually change all my posts custom field from "thumbnail" to "thumb", but I wonder if there isn't some easy way, perhaps editing the database, to change thumbnail to thumb? (And my last theme used Thumbnail as a custom field, this is getting a bit much ... :-) )
