Drop Down Menus not showing.

Working on this site: http://crownhillpackaging.com.s31991.gridserver.com/ and I have created a bunch of child pages the menubar items. I expected, per the docs, that these new pages would show up as drop downs. They aren't. Any help would be appreciated.
