Default Does copying one of your own posts affect SEO?

Hello, I don't know if I should be writing this here, but hopefully there will be some opinions about it. I have 3 sites, all similar in corporate colour and design, selling similar property but doing a slightly different job.

I have just written a post for the blog and copied and pasted the same post word for word into all 3 sites. Usually I reword them before posting so that they are all slightly different, but this one was so short and had to be worded in such a way that there was little room for moving paragraphs about.

Does anyone have any idea if this will affect rankings or as the sites are similar do you think that it has little affect...are the search engines clever enough to realise that they are all from the same company and are allowed to have use of the same posts i.e. they have not been copied and pasted from another site although different form all of mine?

Sites are www.tenerifepropertygroup.com www.tenerifepropertygroup.co.uk and www.villasintenerife.net

Thanks in advance.
