Ecommerce solution-want buy/paid great plugin

Hello,
I am not seeking a cheap solution just for free, I want a great plugin that will be dynamic and scale, up with all the bells and whistles one needs for a dynamic, and responsive ecommerce solution.
Can anyone suggest something? (anyone used - xcart (and modified to fit in) or anyother ecommerce solution?
