Default Getting Started Questions

Hello. I hope everyone is having a tremendous weekend.

I'm not a complete novice to blogging. One of our blogs is fairly new. To get started on the right foot, we would like to install Genesis and will be picking a theme.

The installation instructions are very clear. However, what happens to the current plugins that we have installed once we install Genesis. For instance, we are currently using the Free All in One SEO pack. I'm assuming the SEO built into Genesis is a better bet for us?
So will the current plugins, widgets, and content we have all stay in place?

Also, where exactly can we see what plugins come out of the box with Genesis? Thanks so much:)
