Default Changing the "Home" text on nav bar

Hi:

I just want to change the "home" text on the nav bar to "recent pictures."

Which file would I do this in?

Also, I would like to change the "recent posts" widget title text to "recent pictures"....

Is this all done in the css files?

Thanks in advance :)

Michael
