Cyrillic (Russian) in wordpress

Hi guys,

I am trying since several hours to blog in Russian, but without success. When I write my text and past it in any site its all fine, but when I click "save",there are just question marks.

What do I wrong?

I checked already the menu "read", UTF-8 is selected. My database is UTF-8 as well. And my WP version 3.3.1

Any ideas?
