cant upload images

hi, im using allure theme, i know this isnt technically for theme questions but i cant see the theme listed, anyway could be a WP issue but today for some reason it wont let me upload any new media and gives me this responce...

“end-red-road.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/redroadflats/6X23N6U9/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2012/02.

not sure why this has happened, havent changed any settings...

help?!
