Genesis & WooCommerce

I have a dilemma. My client has a business that she wants to set up like how Avon, Mary Kay and others work. She wants one database or products which we can accomplish via Genesis & WooCommerce. However, she wants to offer each of her representatives a site of their own to sell from. Can this be done using WP and WooCommerce before we get really deep into this? Do you know of some plugins that might help?
