SEO :Fail: What happened?

Since December, I've been using Genesis and modified child theme and now it appears that SEO All In 1 isn't working anymore.

If you Google 'Lifeline Coaching & Education, Inc.' none of what I put in inside All IN 1 SEO shows up... no title, description, nothing. Is that plugin not compatible with Genesis? Should I disable it and use the Genesis SEO? I'm confused, please help, thanks in advance.
