First Site - Any Feedback?

I've just finished (I think) my first site and found these forums great. I've learnt heaps along the way and was able to find answers for everything through here, so thanks!

I was hoping to get some feedback on things that I could improve or other areas I still need to work on. After reading heaps on SEO I've added titles and descriptions for each page so I'm hoping these are on the mark and will all work.

I welcome any feedback or constructive criticism
