Pluggin froze me out of dashboard - help!

I’m using prose theme and uploaded a Wordpress recommended social media pluggin widget: “Connect-with-me.”

Well, “connect-with- me” disconnected me from my WP dashboard. That’s called an oxymoron pluggin. Following this message is the message I receive when going to my dashboard – x’s are my code x’d out.

I found the “connect with me” pluggin file in my C-panel file manager. Can I simply delete the file from the C-panel? Or should find a way to get into the dashboard and do an uninstall? Right now, again, I can’t get into the dashboard.

BTW – my header is an uploaded JPG – 150 x 940 px.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dashboard message follows.
