Hi guys/gals,
For all the professional WP designers out there, how do you feel about using plug ins for customer sites? Let's face it, customers don't want a plain-jane site anymore -- they want custom themes, professional web forms, beautiful image galleries, spam protection, performance increases, e-commerce, etc.. Do you limit or outright avoid plug ins for added site security? Or if you need a feature do you search for the most popular plugin and click install? I'm finding it quite easy to install every plugin under the sun. This can't be a good idea though the more I think about it... Where do you draw the line without putting your clients at risk? Any thoughts? Best, Joe |
