Default Help Theme Installed But No Folder Structure Created

I had a website built with the Genesis Framework and Enterprise Child theme installed. I recently just installed the Delicious Child theme which seemed to work fine. However when I want to visit a couple of my pages they still had the old colors, layout of the previous child theme. Also when I went to my file manager in my cpanel it did not create a new folder for the new Delicious child theme. What would cause this? It seems like the theme only installed partially but I got no error messages. I've tried deleting the theme and re-installing it but the same problem still exists.

Thanks
Patrick
