Affiliate Program / Footer

Okay, so I'm semi-clueless here. I signed up for the affiliate program and below is the code it spit out.

Below is what I now have in the footer. The links seem to be working, but I would appreciate someone that understands all the "gobbledegook" checking for errors.

Also, what do I need to do to left justify the text. Currently it is centered.
