Default Presale Ques about Balance Theme

Hello,

Considering purchasing the balance theme. Just have one concern and hoping you will have an answer for. I'm on my second theme in the past year due to issues I keep running into.

My current theme which I just purchased less than a month ago, seems to be affecting my site speed. Even with using Cloudflare and/or WP Super cache, it's performing poorly.

After running a CSS Validation it came up with 537 errors! Here is my site if you want to have a look --> http://www.newbizblogger.com

Always heard great things about Genesis and the child themes. Wondering if you can have a look at my site real quick before I purchase another theme, yet again , just to confirm it's a theme issue.

Hoping that switching to balance will correct these issue.

Thanks!!

P.S. I did switch to the WP default theme (twenty eleven), ran the validation and no errors came up. This also led me to believe it's a theme issue.
