Approved Designers for custom thme design

The FAQ provides a link to approved theme designers but the link is broken. I would like to have someone do a custom design/modification for me.

FAQ paragraph 9. Will StudioPress customize my theme for me?
We also have Approved Designers (just visit here for a list). You may wish to contact one or more of them with details of what you need.

(I am posting this here because it is not a theme support question but an FAQ question about a broken link and where I can find the correct link)
