URL Tagging

Hello,

With the URL tags, I.e:

HTML Code:

 mywebsite.com/category/topic/article

I've nested my articles under two topics, a parent topic of London and a child topic of tours.

However only the tours tag shows up in the URL, how do I get all parent and child tags in the URL?
