Default Force Users to Static Page

Hi Everyone:

I was able to setup a static landing page by changing the settings in the Settings > Reading Menu. Though I was able to successfully do that, I want to force all my users to visit that landing page before entering the site. If they bookmarked another page on the site, they are able to visit it without viewing the landing page. How would I force all users to view that page before entering the site? Is there a plugin that I could use or simple coding?
