Studiopress Website Performance

Hi guys,

Every time I visit the SP website I'm just blown away by how fast it is. I don't know if it's just me, but my load times are instantaneous. It's one of the fastest sites i've seen.

Would you mind shedding a little light into what makes it so fast?

I'm assuming Synthesis has something to do with it, but is there more? Is the SP website a best case scenario that is tweaked to the nth degree, or is this performance something normal Genesis users can achieve?
