Default [wp-cycle] set a capability to manage slideshow??

I'm using WP-cycle with the enterprise theme. When logged in as a non admin user (with a custom editor role set with Justin Tadlock's members plugin), all of the plugin options can be seen and it is possible to upload images, however when trying to set the link on an image or change the transition effect the "Cheatin’ uh?" error message comes up.

Is there a capability that can be added to the role using members that will allow non admins to manage the wp-cycle options? Granting the 'manage_options' capability is a workaround, but gives the users access to too many other things to break.
