Clueless - Graphics with login

OK, i'm clueless about this - if someone can point me in the right direction or work path - i'm sure i could take it from there. I have a beta site with the client needing a login to access bank accounts. How do i take a graphic and make it work, so they user clicks in the window and types? Maybe there's a plugin, maybe it needs to be worked in html, just not sure how I'd overlay a field box over my graphic.

Thanks so much for any inisght offered. I'll take anything at this point.
