Question before purchasing a theme

Hello,

I'm trying to find information about the IDX capabilities of the AgentPress theme. I see it displays listings, but I'm unsure if it is IDX-compatible or can only show manually inputted listings. I only want to purchase the them if it has some IDX capabilities. Is there any way to know this before purchasing?
