URL Strangeness

A strange thing has started happening with my URLs and i can't figure it out. Perhaps you can help identify it for me. Something is tacking on a code to the end of of the URL like:
#.T0zAlnJSQVs

Ex.
digitaltexan.net/2012/atx-gossip/austins-favorite-homeless-guy-leslie-cochran-hospitalized/article27730/#.T0zAlnJSQVs

I have turned off plugin and cna't determine what is generating the code. Can you help?
