No forum access after account upgrade

I bought the Enterprise child theme yesterday. Used the license key provided to upgrade my forum user profile but I still don't have access 24hrs later.

Does my account need to be approved by an admin?

The key was successfully applied as I can't re-apply it. The key has now been 'used'
