Change URL Structure

Hi,

I moved some categories and created them as subcategories

(ie. Music and Television went under Entertainment)

My original URL structure is : www.lifegasmic.com/music/(name of post)

and the custom url structure I am using in my account is
/%category%/%postname%/

How do I make the URL

www.lifegasmic.com/entertainment/music/(Postname)

without deleting everything and starting over?
