Rotating/random text plugin?

Does anyone know of a plugin that I can use to insert rotating text excerpts into my sidebars? The ones I'm finding only insert existing blog posts, etc.

I'm using Genesis/Prose.

The purpose is to exhibit various random client testimonials....maybe ten or so different ones on a rotating basis (only one or two at a time, but different each time).

Any such animal available? I don't want to show blog posts/excerpts, but specific blocks of text.
