Premise enquriy

Sorry wasn't sure where to post this. My question is about Premise. I already use and trust your themes, very happy customer. I am considering purchasing Premise as an alternative to purchasing optimizepress and Wishlist Member, my question is would that be the right thing to do, does premise do all the things that these two combined will do, as it looks like it does?
