How to get notified of new Facebook comments?

Hello,

I recently added the Facebook Comments functionality to my blog. I did not use any plugins. Instead I did it by adding the Comments codes provided on official Facebook developer page.

Now my question is how to get notified if someone leaves a comment on my blog. Can someone please teach me how to do it?
