Is my website too spammy?

Hi, I've made this website from the old News theme and it was ranking awesomely on Google. The website's SERP suddenly feel off the face the earth so I've changed and updated lots of things.

Would the community here check it out and give me some brutally honest feedback if you think it looks too spammy?
